Define Cosmetics was founded in 2017 by Rebecca Foster who has worked as a permanent makeup artist and brow specialist since 2010. We pride ourselves on not only our treatments, but also strive to create friendly warm and relaxing environment for you all to enjoy at our chic salon located in the beautiful Cheshire countryside.
